The 2026 LTC Telecoms User Satisfaction Survey received 106 responses from more than 600 humanitarian personnel across Ukraine. Overall user satisfaction reached 84%, exceeding the 80% key performance indicator target, with satisfaction across individual telecoms services ranging from 74% to 93%.
