In Gorongosa District, an assessment of progress towards durable solutions has been conducted. The results show that nearly half of households have made moderate to high progress, while the remaining households have made limited progress. Limited progress is associated with difficulties in accessing alternative livelihood opportunities and basic services, as well as food insecurity.
