A helpline received a significant number of calls and queries in July 2026. The total number of calls was 48,490, with 7,770 new queries, representing a 102.6% increase from the previous month. Most new queries came from females, accounting for 61.1% of the total.
The helpline was able to resolve a large proportion of queries, with 84.50% resolved using FAQs. The remaining queries included requests for assistance and reports of misconduct. Some of these queries were referred to partners for follow-up and assistance.
