Twenty-five days have passed since the twin earthquakes struck the area. The death toll stands at 5,208, with 16,740 reported injuries. Authorities have concluded search and rescue operations and are now focusing on relocating displaced populations.

National authorities have set up 107 transitional camps to accommodate those in need. Currently, 23,828 people are being housed in these camps. The World Food Programme is providing support to some of these camps, offering two hot meals daily.
