In Ukraine, a significant number of people are displaced, with nearly 12 percent of the population affected. This proportion has remained relatively stable since 2023. However, as time passes, displaced households are finding it increasingly difficult to meet their essential needs.

The duration of displacement is a growing concern, with almost seven out of ten displaced individuals having been away from their original location for over two years. New displacements are also occurring, with around 132,000 people forced to leave their homes between January and June of this year. Further information on the situation is available from the report by the International Organization for Migration.
