A tool has been developed to support local workshops in the area. This tool integrates various types of information, including data on people in need and responses to water, sanitation, and hygiene issues. The information is used to analyze the severity of situations in different municipalities.

Based on this analysis, the municipalities are classified into categories. There are five categories in total, which are aligned with the official phases of the Personas en Necesidad (PiN) from the Clúster WASH. The tool is part of the Revisión de Necesidades Humanitarias and the planificación del Ciclo del Programa Humanitario.
