Further effects were felt as the Low Pressure Area developed into a Tropical Depression. This brought strong winds and rough sea conditions to some regions. Flooding was reported in low-lying areas, particularly in one valley region.
Details of the situation are available from the DSWD DROMIC Report, which provides more information on the effects of the weather systems.
