Climate change and environmental degradation are having a significant impact on communities. Changing rain patterns, rising temperatures, and recurrent droughts and floods are threatening livelihoods and food security. A Climate Vulnerability Assessment was conducted to fill information gaps and support targeted programming.

The assessment examined changes related to environmental hazards and water. It was carried out by the International Organization for Migration's Displacement Tracking Matrix. Further details of the assessment are available, including the findings from the data collection period that took place from November 2025 to February 2026.
